I am a licensed clinical therapist specializing in the treatment of relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress, psychological trauma, grief and loss. Since opening my practice, I have empowered hundreds of individuals, couples and families to overcome personal obstacles necessary to improve their relationships by being attentive and patient. By tailoring the diagnostic plan to fit each clients' need, I have equipped them with the skills and tools necessary to achieve their best life. I received my undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and my graduate degree in clinical social work from University of Maryland. I received my training as a certified family trauma specialist from the John's Hopkins University School of Medicine affiliate Kennedy Krieger Institute.
I am a regular contributor as a psychological consultant to our local tv stations, TV One and WEAA radio where I discuss issues about trauma, relationships, self esteem depression and anxiety. I am also a state qualified medical (psychological) expert.
