  • While we are not currently in network with any insurance company, our practice manager can help you get reimbursed if you have out-of-network benefits.

If you aren’t sure if you have out of network benefits, call your insurance company (the number is usually located on the back of your insurance card) and ask the following questions:

    • Does my plan provide out-of-network coverage for mental health office visits?

    • If so, what is my deductible?

    • What percentage of my upfront benefits do you reimburse?

    • What is the process for getting reimbursed?

    • How quickly will I get reimbursed?

In many cases, people are surprised to learn that after reimbursement, their out-of-network costs are the same or only slightly more than their in-network co-pay.

Enrolling in an out-of-network insurance plan may give you more flexibility in finding a therapist. You may consider exploring available out-of-network options during your employer’s next open enrollment period.

  • We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Flexible Spending Accounts are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 business hours in advance, you may be required to pay for the entire cost of the session.

  • Yes, we do, but only for EMDR consultation at this time. If you have been trained in EMDR or you are interested in being trained in EMDR, we offer ongoing consultation to assist you with getting certified or improving your clinical skills. Fill out this form if you are interested.
